We headed to west Michigan a few weeks ago and looked for a hidden gem for lunch along the way. Rave reviews led us to Jose’s Cuban Sandwich in Williamston, just a short stop off I-96. This Peruvian sandwich was incredible. It was messy, but worth it. Chef joked that they should call it the Sloppy Jose.
