Fresh off their grand opening last month, Republica brings a variety of gourmet gluten free and vegetarian dishes, fresh cocktails and Michigan craft beer to Berkley, Michigan.
We recently stopped by to sample their fare and enjoy a few drinks (their signature cocktail, the Berkley 10 Step, is a must-try). While Republica features a variety of Michigan beer in bottles, their dueling taps are the real draw. Patrons get an opportunity to vote for the brews they’d like to see next on tap, a unique and engaging way to connect with local beer lovers.
