While the menu remains constant most of the time — why change a good thing? — they switch it up occasionally to introduce some seasonal items. We recently had the pleasure of exploring the new menu items courtesy of Chef Petro Drakopoulos.

Calamari lovers will crave our latest Pic of the Week, Calamari Tacos. The three tantalizing tacos were stuffed with fried calamari and the chipotle mayo packed a punch. They were light and fresh, a worthy addition to Republica’s small plates menu.
