Last week, restaurateurs Rick Therrien and Linda Collins launched Pickles & Rye Deli in the former Deli Unique space on Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan. According to the owners, Pickles & Rye offers traditional deli favorites with a healthier twist.
The space offers seating for dine-in guests, as well as a deli counter for carry-out orders. An extensive list of sandwiches adorn the menu along with salads, soups, bulk meats, breakfast, and dinner options.
