One thing that’s a given during the summer fair and festival season in Michigan: food trucks! There are so many amazing food trucks across Michigan, offering a wide variety of ethnic styles and bold concepts. To the delight of our taste buds, chefs have elevated food truck cuisine with outside-of-the-box thinking to deliver carefully crafted creations.
Attracting around 10,000 visitors, Berkley Art Bash is arguably the defining event for the small Detroit suburb. We had the joy of checking out the Grillwich Tot Stop at the event, providing us with much-needed fuel as we assisted our Mother/Mother-in-Law at her booth.
If you ask us, a killer tot dish starts with the crispiest taters possible. Grillwich Tot Stop is the real deal, creating the crunchiest cylindrical spuds possible. The preparation we chose, This Little Pig, featured cheddar Jack cheese, crispy bacon, scallions, and sour cream. They were delightfully delicious and we recommend giving them a try. Grillwich Tot Stop offers a variety of decadent tots, so don’t take our word for it; go with your gut!
